Using Sazoom
Yes. Sazoom is built on secure AWS cloud infrastructure with global best-practice encryption and security protocols.
Yes — Sazoom is fully integrated with Xero for automated invoice processing, cash flow forecasting, and access to financial data.
Not yet. We’re launching first with Xero integration, and plan to add MYOB, QuickBooks, and Sage in future releases.
Yes — you can upload data via our Excel or Google Sheets templates, or manually enter data. However, some automation features will work best when connected to cloud accounting software.
If you connect to Xero, setup typically takes just a few minutes. If you’re importing data via spreadsheets, setup time may be slightly longer, depending on the size and complexity of your data.
Sazoom is an AI-native finance assistant — built from the ground up with automation and intelligence at its core. It completes routine finance tasks for you, delivers AI-powered forecasting and “what-if” scenario planning, and provides Virtual CFO-level insights, proactive alerts, and actionable recommendations to keep your business on track.
We’re launching in Australia, with New Zealand next. You can use Sazoom elsewhere, but features like tax calculations may require manual input.
Yes, but you may not get the full benefits of Sazoom. Some of the features such as local tax rates may need to be manually input into Sazoom.
When you first sign in, you’ll be prompted to log into your Xero account and authorise the connection. You can revoke access anytime from your account settings.
You can access Sazoom from any modern web browser on desktop, laptop, or tablet. A dedicated Sazoom mobile app is coming soon for iOS and Android.
Yes. Our roadmap includes integrations with additional cloud accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB), as well as POS, payroll, CRM, and inventory management systems.
Data and Privacy
We store only the data needed to deliver the features you use. Historical data is overwritten when refreshed, and you can delete your account at any time.
We use it for automation, forecasting, dashboards, and insights. Some aggregated, anonymised data may be used to generate industry benchmarks — only when sample sizes are large enough to ensure anonymity.
Only if you authorise it — for example, to give your accountant or business partner access.
Yes. All data is securely stored and regularly backed up within Amazon Web Services (AWS), using industry-leading security standards.
